(8 -10 pcs)
Oven: preheat at 200 degrees
Ingredients:
Low grain flour 200 g
Soda 2 tsps
Unsalted butter 65 g (cold)
Cold milk 120 g
Lemon juice 1 tsp add to milk
Sugar 35 g
Salt 1/4 tsp
Cranberry 50 g
Egg mix (1 egg + 1/2 tbsp milk + little salt)
Method:

Cut butter, keep frozen (cold)

Sieve flour

Soak cranberry in hot water for 10 minutes. Dry.

Sieve flour, soda, sugar, salt into bowl. Rub in butter.

Add milk, a little at a time and make a dough. Do not over mix.

Mix in cranberry.

Put inside fridge for at least 1 hour to rest.

Take the dough out from fridge and roll out into 2 to 2.5 cm thick, cut with round cutter.

Brush over with egg mix and put into oven and bake for 13 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
