Parkinson’s disease is a chronic brain disease caused by shortage of dopamine as a result of degeneration of substantia nigra. As dopamine, a chemical substance, is in charge of conveying neural information, reduction of dopamine directly affects muscle motions and limits the ability of patients to take part in physical activities. While post patients are aged 60 and above, cases of 40 years old have also been observed.
