SCAD
Former North Kowloon Magistracy, built in 1960, this Neo-Classical multi-storey building is decorated with engraving on ashlars and stairs. The hexagonal staircase on both sides of the main entrance is the icon of the building, and attracted many TV and film production to come here for location shoot. Before closing in 2005, it housed 10 courtrooms. In 2009, it was revitalized as the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD).
