Ingredient:

Shredded pork
Chayote
Soya sauce
Sugar
White pepper
White wine
Sesame oil
Dried chili
 
Method:
  1. Marinate shredded pork with soya sauce, sugar, white pepper, wine and sesame oil.
  2. Shred chayotes and cut the dried chili into halves.
  3. Fry shredded pork first until color changes. Transfer to a plate and put aside.
  4. Add dried chili when the oil just gets very hot. Add the chayotes while hot and fry until water dries up. May add little water if needed.
  5. Add shredded pork and stir fry with the chayotes until they are cooked.
