Ingredients:
Water spinach 500g
Fermented bean curd 4pieces
Sliced gingers few pieces
Sliced garlics few pieces
Method:

Cut the leaves from water spinach and keep the stalks. Cut the stalks into sections.

Stir fry sliced ginger and garlic.

Add the fermented bean curd and smash with a spatula.

Stir fry stalks of water spinach with some water until they turn transparent. Season with salt if needed before serving.
