Ingredients:
Pineapple half, cut in small pieces
Pork ribs (small pieces) 180g
Green pepper 1 piece
Onion 1/2 piece
Shredded chili few pieces
Shredded ginger few pieces
Scallion stalks few pieces
Sugar as appropriate
Vinegar as appropriate
Soya sauce 1 tablespoon
Salt as appropriate
Cornstarch as appropriate
Pepper as appropriate
Method:

Cut the pineapple into half. Cut flesh in small pieces. Soak in salted water. Cut green pepper into pieces. Cut onion in slices.

Marinate pork ribs with soya sauce, salt, corn starch, pepper, sugar and a little water for 30 minutes. Roast the white sesame.

Heat wok. Add oil and fry pork ribs until 80% cooked. Add a little water. Cover and cook until water totally absorbed. Remove from wok.

Wash wok. Add oil and pineapple, green pepper, onion. Add salt, vinegar, sugar and fry for about 1 minute. Add pork ribs and green onion and ginger shreds and fry for another 2 minutes.

Place on plate. Sprinkle with white sesame and red chili shreds. Done.
