Steps:

Rinse and cut all ingredients into big pieces; onion and tomatoes (peeled) in quarters; Pak Choy and radish halved.

Heat oil and stir fry garlic. Add onion and little salt and fry until tender. Add water and boil.

Add Pak Choy and radish and boil for 2 minutes.

Add tomatoes and tofu (do not stir) and boil for 1 minute. If needed, add salt to season.
(Note: Meat may be added to this dish. If chicken meat is used, first season meat with salt before adding to the boiled stock together with Pak Choy and radish. If lean pork is to be added, first season the pork strips with salt and little water for about 30 minutes and allow the pork to boil for 2 minutes before adding Pak Choy and radish.)
