Small Chinese sausages 3 pieces
snow peas 200g
carrot short piece
garlics 2 cloves
oil little
salt little
cornstarch little
Method:
Remove veins of snow peas and wash.
Chop garlics. Slice Chinese sausages at an angle and cut carrot into flower pattern or thin slices.
Scald snow peas and carrot flowers. When snow peas turn to jade green, remove and set aside.
Stir fry garlics in hot oil in wok. Add Chinese sausages and cook for 3 minutes over low heat till they become light in colour.
Add snow peas and carrots and stir fry over high heat for 5 – 6 minutes. Pour into the cornstarch diluted with water and season with salt before serving.
