Hamimelon 1/2 piece
Shrimps 5-6 pieces
Tomato 1 pieces
Fresh basil 6 leaves
Lemon juice 1/3 of lemon
Olive oil 20ml
Salt as appropriate
White pepper as appropriate
Method:
Peel hamimelon and slice thinly. Cut into small pieces.
Slightly chop the basil. Scald tomato and peel and seed it.
Combine the tomato, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and ground pepper and blend until creamy. Add the basil and stir slightly. Freeze in the refrigerator.
Scald the shrimp in salted water. Remove the head and peel the shrimp.
Place the hamimelon and shrimp on a plate. Freeze in a refrigerator. Pour creamy sauce over. Done.
