Ingredients:

Durian flesh           100g
Milk                          200ml
Whipping cream   200ml
Sugar                       50g
Powdered gelatin  12g
 
Method:
  1. Blend the durian flesh to slightly mash.
  2. In a pot, add half of milk, whipping cream and sugar, bring to boil and set aside.
  3. Stir in powdered gelatin in the remaining milk in a bowl over a pot of boiling water. Keep water boiling and stir until the gelatin is completely melted.
  4. Mix 2 and 3 above and add the durian flesh. Mix them well.
  5. Pour into a container and freeze in the fridge overnight.
