注意事項 :

輪椅人士如需使用手攜式活動摺板協助進入車廂，請前往港鐵客戶服務中心，通知職員你須前往哪個目的地車站。由職員作出安排。

使用摺板的輪椅人士請到以下的候車位置：

觀塘線、港島線、將軍澳線、荃灣線–列車的第1卡，第3道幕門候車
-
東鐵線九龍塘站–列車的第6卡位置候車
-
東涌線–列車的第1卡，第1道幕門候車

車站月台空隙寬闊的車站包括：
九龍塘(東鐵線) 、羅湖站、大學站、旺角東站、觀塘站、黃大仙站等。為安全起見，建議各位輪椅人士使用手攜式摺板。

For wheelchair users who need to use the portable ramp, please contact the Customer Service Centre. Station staff will contact the destination station to arrange assistance upon arrival.

Boarding locations for wheelchair users who need to use the portable ramp:

Kwun Tong Line, Island Line, Tseung Kwan O Line, Tsuen Wan Line – Platform Screen Door No. 3 of Car 1

Kowloon Tong (East Rail Line) – Car 6

Tung Chung Line – Platform Screen Door No. 1 of Car 1

Wide platform gaps at the following stations:
Kowloon Tong (East Rail Line), Lo Wu, University, Mong Kok East, Kwun Tong, Wong Tai Sin. Wheelchair users are advised to use the portable ramp to ensure safety.
